NHS Trafford is inviting residents to attend its annual general meeting (AGM) on 27 September, which will be held between 2pm and 4pm at Flixton House, Flixton Road, Flixton, M41 5GJ.
As well as the financial review, presentations will be given on key achievements for the primary care trust in 2010/11, and also the changing picture of the NHS in Trafford as it moves to the GP-led commissioning of local health services.
Updates will also be provided on key planning work underway in the borough, such as the creation and development of integrated care services, and throughout the meeting there will be opportunities for members of the public to ask questions.
The AGM will be preceded by the September meeting of the NHS Trafford locality board, which members of the public are also invited to attend. This will take place between 11am and 1pm, and the board papers are available here.
