Carers in Trafford can get support and advice from Trafford Carers' Centre, based on Warwick Road in Old Trafford.
The centre has a helpline, 0161 848 2400, which carers can call Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 4.30pm (open to 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays), and you can call the helpline if you need information or if you need someone to talk to about your caring role.
