If you are a patient registered with a Trafford GP, you can get a replacement NHS medical card from LaSCA (Lancashire and South Cumbrian Agency), the organisation that administrates this on NHS Trafford's behalf.
This includes children that are registered with a Trafford GP that may need their NHS medical card to register at school.
