A new survey is questioning whether people Choose Well when they use the NHS - and it needs your input.
Over the past few years the NHS has been running a campaign called Choose Well which points people to alternative treatments, like walk-in centres and NHS Direct, instead of going straight to A&E or calling 999 when they feel unwell with a minor illness.
Now a survey is querying whether the message has been effective.
