This service was developed to help rehabilitate patients with neurological conditions (i.e. problems relating to the nervous system) as part of the Greater Manchester Neurosciences system.
The service is available to anyone over 16 years of age who is resident in Trafford, has an acquired brain injury or neurological condition and needs specialist rehabilitation in the community.
The team consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a speech and language therapist, a dietician, a clinical neuropsychologist, a link nurse and support workers.
