Customer care and experience

  • Would you like to compliment someone about the care you have received?
  • Do you want information or advice, for example about GP, dentists, opticians and chemists?
  • Would you like us to help sort out a problem?
  • Are you unhappy with a health service we provide?

NHS Trafford (your local primary care trust) is responsible for providing primary and community healthcare services to people in Trafford across the borough.

We commission services from GPs, dentists, pharmacists and opticians (these are known as Family Health Services), local hospitals, community health services such as district nursing, health visiting, podiatry, continence, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and community dentists and other providers of national health services.

The customer care and experience team provides a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) and we deal with complaints.

We hope the information about what we do is helpful.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
